Biden tests positive for COVID-19 as Schiff calls on him to drop out of race

In a statement to the Los Angeles Times, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Burbank) said he has “serious concerns” about Biden’s ability to defeat former President Donald Trump in the November election.
