Credited as being the father of the atomic bomb Oppenheimer is seen as a man who ended wars but in turn gave us the power to destroy ourselves completely.
Often we get quotes attributed to a man and Oppenheimer arguably has one of the most famous of all time.

İnternetteki “hype balonu” öyle bir şişti ki artık bu filmi izlemeyeni, izleyip de beğenmeyeni, beğenip de anlatmayanı... dışlıyorlar.
Geçen yüzyılın en ikonik figürlerinden biri hakkında bu film. Ben karakter hakkında öyle çok fazla bir ön bilgi sahibi olmadan, elimi kolumu sallayarak sinemaya gittim, filmi izledim, hatta izledikten sonra bir de hatıra fotoğrafı çektirdim 🙂
Yaa, tabiki Barbenheimer yaptım! Evet, fotoğrafı çeken pembe kıyafetli kızlara bir de buradan teşekkür ettikten sonra izlediğim diğer film hakkındaki düşüncelerime geçeyim.

Öyle spoiler kaygısı taşınacak bir film değil zaten. Atom bombasının babası olarak tarihe geçen Amerikan teorik fizikçi Robert Oppenheimer hakkında biyografik bir film. Bu kitaptan uyarlanmış: American Prometheus, J. Robert Oppenheimer’ın Zaferi ve Trajedisi. Daha kitabın adından başlayabilirsiniz çıkarım yapmaya. Yunan mitolojisindekiler kadar efsanevi bir karakterin, Şekspiryen bir yorumu. Güneşe yakın uçmak, zafer, sonra kanatların erimesi, trajedi. Ama bu ne mitoloji, ne de tiyatro. Adamın hayatı kuantum dünyası kadar kompleks, girift ve bir o kadar da belirsizliklerle dolu. Öyle hemen iyi ya da kötü deyip geçemiyorsunuz. Ve aynı şeyi bu film için de söyleyebiliriz 🙂
Onu beğenmek için elimizde tüm sebepler var. Benim en iyilerim arasında olmasa da iyi bir yönetmen olarak kabul edilen Christopher Nolan tarafından çekilmiş. Interstellar ve Inception’dan dolayı bir miktar saygımız var. Oyuncular desen hepsi de çok başarılı. Zaten filmde neredeyse figüranlar bile Oscar ödüllü. Mandalorian’dan tanıdığımız ve yeni Hans Zimmer’imiz olarak benimsediğimiz Ludwig Göransson müzikleri yapmış ama bu sefer olmamış. Oyuncuların yüzündeki gözenekleri bile görüyorsunuz. Peki niye bu kadar az yerde gösteriliyor? Çünkü 272 kg’lık film 17 km uzunlukta. Ancak 30 tane üretip dağıtabilmişler.
Yönetmenler kendi vizyonlarını en iyi yansıtabilecek teknikleri kullanmak için böyle abartılı şeyleri hep yapıyorlardı. Hitchcock kendi filminin gösterildiği sinemaları bizzat kendisi gidip denetler ve geç kalanları içeriye aldırmazdı. Kubrick mum ışığında görüntü yakalayabilmek için NASA'nın Apollo Ay görevlerinde kullanılan özel bir lensle o dönemin en düşük diyaframıyla f 0.7 ile film çekmişti. When Albert (Danny Glover) drags Celie (Desreta Jackson) off of their land, she has an emotional separation with her sister Nettie (Akosua Busia).
FILM DESCRIPTION:
Based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel by Alice Walker, The Color Purple spans the years 1909 to 1949, relating the life of Celie (Whoopi Goldberg), a Southern black woman virtually sold into a life of servitude to her brutal husband, sharecropper Albert (Danny Glover). Celie pours out her innermost thoughts in letter form to her sister Nettie (Akousa Busia), but Albert has been hiding the letters Nettie writes back, allowing Celie to assume that Nettie is dead. Finally, Celie finds a champion in the don't-take-no-guff Sofia (Oprah Winfrey), the wife of Glover's son from a previous marriage. Alas, Sofia is "humbled" when she is beaten into submission by angry whites. Later, Celie is able to forge a strong friendship with Albert's mistress Shug (Margaret Avery). Emboldened by this, Celie begins rifling through her husband's belongings and finds Nettie's letters. Able at last to stand up to her husband, Celie leaves him to search for a new life on her own. A major box-office hit, The Color Purple was nominated for eleven Oscars. The film was co-produced by Quincy Jones, who also wrote the score.

Directed by Anantha Krishna Raj. This man spearheaded the entire film, and through pure passion and love for the character of Wolverine, provided a taste of this character again before he revisits the big screen in Deadpool 3.
Cinematography by Nathan Jermyn. Nathan managed to single handily gaffer and shoot the entire film after getting called in last minute. With his efficient and adaptive approach, nothing was impossible.
Characters are owned by Marvel, and this project is a non-profit fan film dedicated to the fans.

Wicked, the untold story of the witches of Oz, stars Emmy, Grammy and Tony winning powerhouse Cynthia Erivo (Harriet, Broadway’s The Color Purple) as Elphaba, a young woman, misunderstood because of her unusual green skin, who has yet to discover her true power, and Grammy-winning, multi-platinum recording artist and global superstar Ariana Grande as Glinda, a popular young woman, gilded by privilege and ambition, who has yet to discover her true heart.
The two meet as students at Shiz University in the fantastical Land of Oz and forge an unlikely but profound friendship. Following an encounter with The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, their friendship reaches a crossroads and their lives take very different paths. Glinda's unflinching desire for popularity sees her seduced by power, while Elphaba's determination to remain true to herself, and to those around her, will have unexpected and shocking consequences on her future. Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Jon M. Chu (Crazy Rich Asians, In the Heights), Wicked is the first chapter of a two-part immersive, cultural celebration. Wicked Part Two is scheduled to arrive in theaters on November 26, 2025.
