Prokuroria e Posaçme kundër Korrupsionit dhe Krimit të Organizuar, në kuadër të 4 procedimeve penale (Nr.59, të vitit 2022, i cili është bashkuar me procedimet penale Nr. 66, të vitit 2022, Nr. 33, të vitit 2024, dhe Nr. 50, të vitit 2024), ka evidentuar kryerjen e veprave penale të rënda nga 7 grupe të strukturuara kriminale me fuqi të konsiderueshme dhe me shtrirje gjeografike të aktivitetit të tyre kriminal në disa nga qytetet kryesore të vendit si Tiranë, Durrës, Vlorë, Lezhë, Fushë Krujë dhe Rrëshen.

Në kuadër të procedimeve penale të mësipërme, Struktura e Posaçme kundër Korrupsionit dhe Krimit të Organizuar (SPAK), në bashkëpunim intensiv me Eurojust, Europol dhe agjencitë ligjzbatuese holandeze, belge, franceze, gjermane, italiane, spanjolle dhe greke ka shtrirë hetimet edhe në këto shtete për anëtarët e dyshuar të këtyre grupeve kriminale të përfshirë në vepra penale të kryera në Shqipëri, si dhe në disa vende të tjera në Bashkimin Evropian.

Operacioni i Drejtuar nga SPAK dhe i dakortësuar me Europol më datë 17 maj 2024, zgjati për rreth 20 orë, ku u angazhuan afërsisht 30 hetues të BKH-së, forcat RENEA, Policia e Shtetit, si dhe Europol i cili caktoi një Oficer pranë SPAK për të mbështetur këtë Operacion. U kryen veprime hetimore në qytetet e Tiranës, Durrësit, Vlorës, Shkodrës, Lezhës, Rrëshenit, Kurbinit, Fushë-Krujës dhe Krujës. Gjatë këtyre veprimeve hetimore u ushtruan kontrolle në rreth 50 ambiente banimi.

Gjatë ekzekutimit të vendimeve të gjykatës janë gjetur dhe sekuestruar në cilësinë e provës materiale pasuri me vlerë të përafërt mbi 4,5 milion Euro, ku përfshihen:

996,760 Euro cash;

Sasi të konsiderueshme floriri dhe bizhuteri të shtrenjta;

Ora të markave të shtrenjta me një vlerë të përafërt prej 500.000 Euro;

Armë zjarri;

Targa të përshtatura automjetesh;

Automjete luksoze (nga të cilat 5 të blinduara me vlerë mbi 500,000 Euro);

Sisteme vrojtimi kamerash, tavolinë pokeri, etj.

Bazuar në kërkesën e Prokurorisë së Posaçme kundër Korrupsionit dhe Krimit të Organizuar, Gjykata e Posaçme e Shkallës së Parë për Korrupsionin dhe Krimin e Organizuar, me vendimin nr.49, datë 15.05.2024, ka vendosur caktimin e masave të sigurisë personale “arrest në burg”, për 50 shtetas të dyshuar si autorë të kryerjes së veprave penale, konkretisht për shtetasit A.N, A.T, I.N, S.N, V.T, E.M, J.K, A.A(alias A.B, alias A.S), A.A( alias E.A), M.B, N.S, E.SH, B.A, E.N, O.Z, E.J, A.N, K.N, E.R, B.XH, E.D, R.L, F.T, K.SH, H.M, GJ.C, K.T, D.M, V.I, S.B, M.H, T.XH, E.M, A.Z, F.K, A.GJ, D.B, A.P, D.B, E.D, XH.RR, A.M, G.B, L.D, E.D, F.H, D.B, A.G, F.B dhe E.Z.

Nga këto urdhër arreste, 14 prej tyre janë ekzekutuar në Shqipëri dhe 6 jashtë vendit ku falë bashkëpunimit të Interpol Tirana me homologë të tyre është bërë e mundur arrestimi i shtetasve shqiptarë në Itali (2 persona), Gjermani (1 person) dhe Spanjë (1) dhe Belgjikë (2).
