In this follow-up to our previous Colorado Springs video, we revisit this vibrant city located just 60 miles south of Denver. We showcase some of the best local businesses and restaurants that have become a staple in the community.
First up, we visit Monse's Pupuseria, a small business that's locally owned and operated. With roots in El Salvadoran culture, their menu boasts authentic and homemade-style dishes made from locally-sourced ingredients.
Next, we stop by Urban Steam American Bistro, Colorado Springs' original craft coffee bar and bistro. Established in 2012, they're known for their in-house roasted coffee and thoughtfully crafted menu featuring many locally-sourced ingredients, as well as vegan and gluten-free options.
Then, we head over to The Warehouse, located in downtown Colorado Springs. Their Colorado Casual cuisine is prepared by Chef James Africano, who combines his expertise with game meats and New Mexico flavors to create unique and flavorful dishes.
For a unique nightlife experience, we visit The Rabbit Hole, where you can journey down the subway steps and immerse yourself in an eclectic atmosphere with haunting decor. With upscale New American cuisine and Wonderland-inspired ambiance, it's the perfect spot for late-night bites and cocktails.
Lastly, we explore Folklore, a brand new Irish pub in Downtown brought to you by acclaimed Chef Brother Luck. With a Craft Cocktail bar called The Tipperary and a Five Course tasting menu upstairs called The Studio, it's the perfect spot for a night out in Colorado Springs.

On this episode instead of focusing on a specific neighborhood in Denver, we decided to film 5 of our favorite restaurants.
Chop Shop- This location on Colfax is the original of this 3 unit restaurant. They are a chef driven, fast casual restaurant that specializes in worldwide comfort food.
Blue Pan Pizza- We went to the Congress Park location of what many people consider the best pizza in Denver. They also have a location in the Highlands. They are know for Detroit style but I thought the New York Style was just as good.
Aloy Thai Eatery- We got a sneak peek at this soon to open fast casual Thai restaurant in Denver’s Governor’s Park neighborhood. Spoiler alert-it was freaking delicious and is going to be a big hit.
Fire On The Mountain- We visited the Wash Park location of this restaurant known for chicken wings and unique, flavorful sauces. They also have a location in the Highlands.They use only Cage-free, hormone-free, antibiotic-free chicken wings. Fried ‘til crispy. Always fresh, never frozen.
Brothers BBQ- This 6 unit BBQ chain was started by two brothers on Monaco and Lettsdale in 1998. We visited the 6th and Washington location. Don’t miss rib night on Thursdays with $1.99 pork ribs and $2.99 beef ribs.
