Чтобы приготовить Куриное филе «Бархатное»:
Куриное филе – 500-600 г
Для маринада:
Соевый соус – 1 ст.л.
Черный молотый перец – по вкусу
Белок – 1 шт.
Крахмал – 1 ст.л.
Яблочный уксус 6% - 1 ст.л. (можно заменить лимонным соком или рисовым уксусом)
Для соуса:
Соевый соус – 4 ст.л.
Мед – 1 ч.л.
Яблочный уксус 6% - 1 ст.л. (можно заменить лимонным соком или рисовым уксусом)
Кунжут – 1 ст.л.
Растительное масло – 4 ст.л.
1. Куриное филе нарезать небольшими кусочками. Добавить соевый соус, крахмал, уксус, черный молотый перец, белок. Все хорошо перемешать, чтобы каждый кусочек мясо покрылся маринадом. Оставить мариноваться минимум на 30 минут.
2. Для соуса смешать кунжут, соевый соус, уксус, мед.
3. Хорошо разогреть сковороду. Вылить 4-5 ст.л. растительного масла. Обжарить кусочки куриного филе по 2-3 минуты с обеих сторон до румяности.
4. Убавить нагрев. Вылить соус на мясо, перемешать. Жарить еще 2 минуты.
5. Можно подавать с нарезанным зеленым луком и рисом. Очень вкусно! Просто объедение!
