Филе куриного бедра 1 кг. или 10 штук
Лук 3-4 штуки или 500 грамм
Греческий йогурт 3 столовые ложки
Помидоры 800 мл.
Томатная паста 3 ст.л.
Чеснок 1 головка или 50 грамм
Имбирь 50 грамм
Приправа карри 2 ч.л.
Сливки 33% 100-150 мл.
Сливочное масло 2 ст.л.

Кинза для подачи

9 июля команда благотворительного фонда "Путь Детства" выехала из Москвы и отправилась в долгое путешествие на Байкал. Мы преодолели на машинах 5250 километров до острова Ольхон и в этом видео покажем вам действительно ли вода в озере Байкал прозрачная, отправимся с экскурсией по всему острову Ольхон, покормим чаек с корабля "Алтай", посмотрим на город Хужир со смотровой площадки, посетим с вами несколько детских домов в разных городах, а так же зайдем в гости к местному звонарю Сергею, который оказался человеком с широкой душой и добрым сердцем.
Это невероятное место. Красивое, запоминающееся, а вид на огромный Байкал потрясает до глубины души.

Вам понадобится форма для запекания 30 на 32 см

Итого: 8 порций = 867 р., 1 порция = 108 р.

Приготовление

1. На сковороду с разогретым подсолнечным маслом (20 мл) отправить бёдра кожей вниз. Чеснок нарезать слайсами и отправить к слегка обжаренной курице, посолить и поперчить по вкусу, обжарить до золотистого коллера. Перевернуть курицу, посыпать паприкой, обжарить с двух сторон и переложить вместе с чесночным масло в отдельную миску.
2. Лук нарезать крупным кубиком.
3. На сковороду налить 10 мл подсолнечного масла и отправить лук.
4. Перцы нарезать брусочками и отправить к луку.
5. К овощам пересыпать рис и обжарить всё около 30 секунд. Переложить рис с овощами в форму для запекания.
6. Томаты в собственном соку мелко нарубить и отправить в форму, полить небольшим количеством помидорного сока.
7. Сверху выложить обжаренные бёдра слегка углубив их в рис и полить паприко-чесночным маслом, посолить по вкусу.
8. Горошек посыпать сверху в форму и залить водой, чтобы вода покрыла рис на 1 - 1,5 см.
9. Отправить в заранее разогретую до 180 градусов духовку на 1 час.
Сервировка
10. Переложить рис с курицей на порционную тарелку, взбрызнуть оливковым маслом, украсить листиками петрушки и подавать с долькой лимона.
