World leaders meet this week in Washington for the NATO summit, and Ukraine's bridge to membership is expected to be a major topic of discussion. Latvian President Edgars Rinkēvičs joins Power & Politics to discuss his concerns going into the summit, including a lack of consensus among NATO leaders on Ukraine's bid.
