No Rohit, Virat, Bumrah for SL tour as BCCI wants them to rest before upcoming home season
The Indian cricket board wants the captain of the T20 World Cup winning team and the other two seniors to take some more rest before returning for a full season in September when Bangladesh travels to India for two Tests and three T20Is starting on September 19.
Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli and Jasprit Bumrah will not be part of the Indian team that will tour Sri Lanka later this month.
The tour of Sri Lanka features three ODIs and as many T20Is, from July 27 to August 7. Sharma and Kohli have retired from T20Is after the recent World Cup, while Bumrah has said that he will continue playing the format for the country. It is learnt that the selection committee will meet next week to pick the team.

“Senior players can take some rest and get ready for the full cricket season ahead. Rohit, Virat and Bumrah have been offered rest and will join the team for the Test matches against Bangladesh in September,” a source in the BCCI told.

for the post of head coach and only an official announcement is awaited. Gambhir is expected to take up the role, and the delay in announcement is only because the board and the former left-handed opening batsman are in the final stages of salary negotiation.

BCCI secretary Jay Shah has stated that the new coach will join the Indian team from the Sri Lanka series.

Israelis expressed joy and relief on Saturday (September 28) after learning of Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah’s death.

Be it in the deserted streets of northern Nahariya, as Shabbat was underway, or on the bustle seaside of Tel Aviv, people were unanimous in rejoicing at the long awaited news.

The Iran-backed group confirmed Nasrallah had been killed on Saturday, a few hours after the Israeli military said it had eliminated him in an airstrike in Beirut the day before.

His death marks a devastating blow to Hezbollah as it reels from an escalating campaign of Israeli attacks.

It is also a huge blow to Iran, given the major role he has played in the Tehran-backed regional "Axis of Resistance."

Hezbollah said in a statement that it would continue its battle against Israel "in support of Gaza and Palestine, and in defence of Lebanon and its steadfast and honourable people."

It did not say how Nasrallah was killed.

The Israeli military said earlier that Nasrallah was eliminated in a "targeted strike" on Friday (September 27) on the group's underground headquarters beneath a residential building in Dahiyeh - a Hezbollah-controlled southern suburb of Beirut. - report from Reuters

It is a busy time in Eastern Ukraine. Russia is pressing in a whole bunch of different locations, leading to some interesting military tensions all the way down the line. In this video I updated my virtual tv window to anywhere to be run by a gaming computer and Nvidia GeForce Surround. The three 75" screens then act as monitors for an immersive, life-sized gaming setup. I then show you how to setup Govee Dreamview led lighting that syncs with the screen. How to make a DIY racing simulator seat with plywood and some bass shakers and the logitech g29. Make an epoxy backlit neon sign with your gamer tag or logo as well. Ph and it's a home theatre with surround sound and a live virtual window to outside with a 4k camera.
