Mariscos el Mazateño - Shrimp Enchilado - This place was absolutely amazing - and I knew it was going to be good when we walked in in the middle of the afternoon and it was packed. We had a couple different tacos, including the marlin with octopus, but the winner was the shrimp enchilado, a huge taco stuffed with spiced shrimp and cheese.
Caesar's Hotel - Original Caesar’s salad - Although this doesn’t fit in the Mexican street food theme, there was no way we could visit Tijuana without trying the original Caesar’s salad - where Caesar Cardini invented it. It was awesome, to see the entire process made before you and it was everything it needed to be, no more and no less. Must eat when you’re in Tijuana, Mexico.
Tacos El Vaquero - Carne Asada - This small stall late at night in Tijuana is a winner - their Sonoran style carne asada is out of this world. They grill up steaks of your choice, slice them up, into tortillas, and you have a choice of salsa. Absolutely stunning.
Tacos Fitos - Tijuana, Mexico - Finally, this is the tacos tall in Tijuana that we missed in the morning the day before because they had already sold out. But we came back the next morning. Not only are their Tijuana red oil birria tacos the best I’ve ever had, but their taco master is by far the fastest taco maker I’ve ever seen. Unbelievable, you will have dreams about Tacos Fitos.

Чтобы приготовить курицу в сметанном соусе:
Куриное бедро или другие части курицы – 0,8-1 кг
Сметана 20% – 200 г
Лук – 2 шт.
Сахар – щепотка
Сливочное масло – 20 г
Мука – 1 ст.л.
Вода или бульон – 200 г
Чеснок – 2-5 зубчиков
Соль, черный молотый перец по вкусу
Лавровый лист – 1 шт.
1. Куриное мясо посолить и поперчить по вкусу. Обжарить на сильном огне до румяной корочки, не нужно доводить мясо до готовности, необходимо только придать ему красивую румяную корочку.
2. Лук очень мелко нарезать. Мясо снять со сковороды, на ней же обжарить лук до прозрачности на умеренном огне. Добавить муку, перемешать и обжарить 1-2 минуты. Потом добавить воду и сметану, посолить и поперчить по вкусу, выложить мясо, полить его сверху получившимся соусом. Томить под крышкой на маленьком огне 25 минут. В конце добавить мелко рубленный чеснок и лавровый лист, потушить еще 5 минут под крышкой. Блюдо готово! Очень вкусно получается, а готовится проще простого!

Сегодня готовлю курочку в сметанном соусе. Блюдо очень простое, курочка получается нежнейшая и даже соус, в котором тушилась курочка съедается до последней капли.
Ингредиенты:
- курица ≈ 1 кг;
- лук -1 шт.;
- чеснок -1-2 зубчика;
- сметана - 100 гр.;
- мука -2 ст. л.;
- горячая вода - 350мл.;
- приправа для курицы - 1 ст. л.;

Понравилось, что не стоять у плиты, что получается вкусная подлива и что курицу не приходится обжаривать ( более полезнее для нас ) , хотя цвет у неё получается " жареный "....да и ещё ОЧЕНЬ сочно и нежно )))
Итак :
На 800 - 900 гр. кусочков курицы берётся не больше , не меньше - 400 гр. лука, порезать и положить в сковородку или сотейник с кусочком сливочного масла .Добавить 0,5 ч.л соды (без горки) - ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО...
именно она превратит лук в однородную подливу и даст курице сочность и цвет.
Накрыть крышкой и тушить 5-7 минут.Тем временем кусочки курицы посолить, поперчить.Положить сверху луковой массы и под крышкой тушить 45-50-60 минут ( время зависит от размера кусочков , у меня крупные - готовились 60 минут.)
В середине процесса осторожно перевернуть, Любители могут добавить 1 лавровый лист и щепотку паприки.
В идеале лишняя влага выпарится и останется только вкуснейшая подлива.

Для салата

Перец острый 1шт
Масло растительное 20мл
Соевый соус 1 столовая ложка
Устричный соус 2 столовые ложки
