- Les levers de jambes t’aideront à muscler le bas de ton dos et à renforcer tes abdominaux. Garde les jambes bien droites. Soulève-les plus haut !
- Selon une étude de l'American Council on Exercise, l’exercice de la bicyclette occupe la première place des exercices les plus efficaces pour les abdos.
- Les abdos jambes levées (ou waist crunch) aident à renforcer tes abdominaux et à augmenter ton métabolisme. Cet exercice améliorera également ta posture et ton équilibre.
- Les abdos inversés renforcent les muscles abdominaux inférieurs, qui sont la cible principale de cet exercice. Ils peuvent corriger la lordose, une situation où le bas du dos se courbe vers l'avant. C'est un problème de colonne vertébrale courant chez les femmes enceintes et les personnes obèses.
- Les abdominaux supérieurs, moyens et inférieurs travaillent tous lors de cet exercice. Eh oui ! C'est un exercice d’abdos très complet. Si tu veux avoir de superbes tablettes de chocolat, c'est l'entraînement idéal. En plus des abdos, il cible également les hanches, les ischio-jambiers, les quadriceps, les pectoraux, les épaules et les muscles dorsaux.
- Selon une étude du département de kinésiologie de l'Occidental College de Los Angeles, les exercices d’abdos sont 38% plus efficaces avec un ballon d'exercice. Suzanne Deason, coach certifiée de préparation physique, recommande vivement cet exercice parce qu’il ne procure presque aucune douleur à la colonne vertébrale, contrairement aux exercices en position allongée.
- L'exercice de l'arbre mettra à l'épreuve ton équilibre, ta coordination musculaire et ta concentration. Il cible les abdos, les biceps, les triceps, la poitrine et les épaules.
- La position du guerrier est en fait une pose de yoga, et elle renforce les jambes, la poitrine et les bras. Elle améliore également la connexion entre le corps et l'esprit.
- L'avion est un exercice de yoga qui étire les jambes, les bras, les épaules et les hanches. Il corrige également la posture et l'équilibre.
- La tortue de mer est un exercice utilisé dans les camps d’entraînement militaire. Il cible les deltoïdes postérieurs, les fessiers, les abdominaux inférieurs et moyens, ainsi que les muscles rhomboïdes

We're going to be taking a look at the three most popular Titans of the music streaming service industry Spotify YouTube and apple music right crazy enough we live in a time where almost everything is subscription based now and it gets harder and harder every day when these money hungry corporations leave us no choice but to choose which music service industry we should be going to anyways there's a lot to talk about amongst all three services I'm going to break it down for you easily this includes all my experience and opinion on the UI the algorithm features the sound quality the website app and if you just want to hear my answer to which I like the best right now well my Spotify student plan recently expired cuz I'm no longer am a student I graduated my University just a few months ago they were giving me that sweet $4.99 deal a month but since that expired I've been jumping back to Apple music and YouTube using their free trials and I have used Apple music before for a good year so I've been all over the place and if I were to renew again I'd probably go with Spotify and that's only because there's a few teeny tidy reasons that made me choose that over the other two which I'll tell you why I think at the time of this recording it's like $10.99 across all three if you have the individual plan I think the best strategy if you want to save a lot of money is to get the family plan which you can add up to six people and that's going to cost you around $16.99 and if you can get all six people on board the cost can get as low as like three bucks a month which is an absolute steal the problem is with that though is well you got to get a lot of people on board and you got to have one that's like the designated spender and at the end of the month I don't know maybe pay them and venmo them who knows so ask your friends family roommates anyone close by that you trust because we got to make our way somehow and these family plans are pretty good so I'm bringing out the red iPhone 11 out today all right isn't she beautiful all three streaming services are going to look a little bit similar with some slight design differences

Nach der Auftaktniederlage stand das Team von Domenico Tedesco mächtig unter Zugzwang und hat abgeliefert. Trainer Domenico Tedesco rotierte nach dem ernüchternden Turnierstart ordentlich und veränderte seine Startelf gleich auf vier Positionen. Damit lag der Nationaltrainer goldrichtig, denn schon nach 73 Sekunden traf Youri Tielemans (2.) mit einem Flachschuss nach Vorlage von Romelu Lukaku zur Führung. Es war das drittschnellste Tor der EM-Geschichte, was auch Belgiens König Philippe auf der Tribüne begeisterte. Die Antwort der Rumänen, die mit einem überzeugenden 3:0 gegen die Ukraine ins Turnier gestartet waren, ließ nicht lange auf sich warten. Radu Dragusin bot sich nur drei Minuten später die Chance zum schnellen Ausgleich, doch seinen Kopfball lenkte Belgiens Torwart Koen Casteels über die Latte. Druckvoller agierten aber die Roten Teufel: Dodi Lukébakio scheiterte am prächtig reagierenden Florin Nita im Tor der Rumänen. Der 36-Jährige bewahrte sein Team nach einer halben Stunde mit einer spektakulären Parade gegen Jérémy Doku erneut vor einem höheren Rückstand. Angetrieben von den umsichtigen Ballverteilern Kevin De Bruyne und Amadou Onana attackierten die Belgier unermüdlich das Tor des Rivalen. Doch es fehlte an der nötigen Effizienz beim Abschluss, sodass es mit dem knappen Vorsprung in die Pause ging.

Auch nach dem Wechsel hielt das Tedesco-Team das Tempo hoch. Zweimal hätte Kevin De Bruyne den Vorsprung ausbauen können, doch der Star vom englischen Meister Manchester City blieb im Abschluss zunächst noch glücklos. Auch Doku schaffte es nicht, die Führung auszubauen. Sein Schuss nach gut einer Stunde landete nur am Außennetz. Lukaku zielte kurz darauf zwar besser, stand beim Zuspiel von De Bruyne aber im Abseits. Bereits gegen die Slowakei am Montag waren Lukaku zwei Treffer nachträglich aberkannt worden.

Belgiens Chancen-Wucher rächte sich beinahe, als eine Kopfball-Rückgabe von Onana bei Dennis Man landete. Doch Casteels rettete gegen den frei durchlaufenden Rumänen. Der Schlussmann der Belgier glänzte nicht nur hinten: Sein langer Ball in die Spitze landete bei De Bruyne, der zehn Minuten vor dem Ende für die Entscheidung sorgte.

Brazil is suffering the impact of coronavirus infections more than almost any other country. Health workers there have called on the International Criminal Court to investigate President Bolsanaro’s government.

They accuse it of crimes against humanity over its mishandling of the pandemic, which they say has led to thousands of unnecessary deaths.

Brazil has recorded almost 2.5 million cases of the disease since March and more than 87,000 people are known to have died.

The pressure is beginning to ease in big cities like Sao Paulo, but cases are rising rapidly in smaller towns and cities in Brazil’s vast interior, where health services are often basic.
