The head of Israel’s army has told troops that extensive air strikes in Lebanon targeting the armed group Hezbollah may pave the way for them to “enter enemy territory”.

The remarks by Lt Gen Halevi are the plainest indication yet from a senior figure that a ground invasion of Lebanon may be imminent.

Lt Gen Halevi said troops would "destroy the enemy" and its infrastructure. “We keep striking and hitting them everywhere,” he told soldiers from the 7th Brigade taking part in an exercise on Israel’s northern border. “The goal is very clear - to safely return the residents of the north. To achieve that, we are preparing the process of a manoeuvre, which means your military boots... will enter enemy territory.”

More than 90,000 people have been displaced in Lebanon in the last three days, according to the United Nations as Israel carried out another wave of "extensive" airstrikes in southern Lebanon.

51 people were killed in the latest Israeli attacks according to Lebanon’s health ministry. Around 500 were reported to have been killed yesterday.

Israel said it had intercepted a ballistic missile fired by the Hezbollah militia group towards Tel Aviv. It’s the first such rocket attack on the Israeli city. Hezbollah, which is backed by Iran, says it is resisting Israeli aggression and acting in solidarity with Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank.

Чили перец зелёный ½ шт. (6 р.) («Ашан», 100 г = 40 р.)
Томатная паста 2 ч. ложки (3 р.) («Лента» 280 г = 60 р.)
Грецкие орехи 30 г (36 р.) («Ашан», 150 г = 181 р.)

Итого: 1 порция курицы по - кавказски = 175 р.

Приготовление

1. Чеснок очистить, нарезать тонкими слайсами и отправить на разогретую сковороду с 20 мл подсолнечного масла.

2. Куриную грудку нарезать тонкими слайсами и отправить на сковороду к чесноку.

3. Лук очистить, нарезать тонкой соломкой и отправить к курице, перемешать и обжарить до золотистого цвета.

4. Нарезать чили тонкими колечками, болгарский перец соломкой, фасоль пополам и отправить к курице.

Совет от шефа: «Свежую фасоль можно заменить замороженной фасолью или зелёным горошком».

5. К курице с овощами добавить 2 ч. ложки томатной пасты, 1 ч. ложку с горкой хмели – сунели и перемешать.

6. Помидор нарезать крупным кубиком.

7. Влить к овощам 50 мл воды, когда вода закипит забросить помидоры, посолить щепоткой соли, поперчить по вкусу, добавить маленькую щепотку сахара, и мелко нарубленный грецкий орех. Уменьшить огонь и томить ещё 1 минуту.

Сервировка

8. Переложить курицу с овощами на порционную тарелку, украсить листиками кинзы и грецкими орехами.

ЦБ и МИНФИН планируют девальвацию рубля? До конца 2024 года рубль рухнет на 5-10% как минимум? Какой прогноз по курсу доллара и рубля можно дать СЕЙЧАС?

Вы можете видеть много прогнозов по курсу рубля и валюты. Вы можете с ними соглашаться или не соглашаться, сомневаться в доводах, выводах, предпосылках и причинах обвала рубля к доллару...

Но сложно спорить с прогнозами по девальвации, когда их дают министерства - такие, как Минэкономразвития. И когда на уровне Минфина и ЦБ РФ звучат емкие слова о рисках инфляции и девальвации. Когда вовсю работает печатный станок, выпускающий рубли паллета за паллетой.

Но давайте к конкретике:

В официальном прогнозе Минэкономразвития закладывается девальвация рубля до уровня 98.1₽ за 1$ в конце 2024 года или больше, чем на 5% выше, чем текущий курс.

Я уже обращал ваше внимание на то, насколько сильно прогнозы МЭР обычно отличаются от реальности. Причем, не в лучшую сторону! Обычно девальвация бывает намного сильнее и жестче, чем закладывается на уровне МЭР.

Поэтому я совсем не удивлюсь, если 100₽ за 1$ будут столь же реальными, как 90+ рублей за 1$ сейчас.

В пользу этого говорит и неуверенность главы ЦБ РФ Набиуллиной в снижении ключевой ставки. По ее словам, очень сильны проинфляционные факторы. А именно девальвация рубля традиционно дает максимальный вклад в инфляцию по рублю: становятся дороже импортные товары, услуги и т.д.

Но и это еще не все! Конечно, рублю сейчас оказывает поддержку продление указа об обязательной продаже валютной выручки. Да, это сильное подспорье. Но вот только возникают проблемы с тем, чтобы эту валюту в принципе получить.

Все больше и больше поступает сведений о том, что турецкие и китайские банки предпочитают не проводить платежи, связанные с российским санкционным экспортом. И избегать проведения операций по потенциальному санкционному импорту.

Риски вторичных санкций уже не просто "угрозы" - это реальность. И учитывая, что у того же Китая торговые операции с США и ЕС (а также другими "недружественными" для РФ странами) на порядок выше, вполне закономерно Китай делает выбор: деньги есть деньги!

В результате, мы оказываемся во многом в уникальной ситуации... Официальные прогнозы министерств и госорганов почти в уши кричат людям: РУБЛЬ БУДЕТ ПАДАТЬ!

И да, вроде как будет падать не так уж сильно: ну 5%, ну 10%. Ерунда, если сравнивать с депозитами по 16%, верно?

Ну, а если сильнее? Ведь история учит, что девальвация была всегда сильнее, чем в скромных прогнозах МЭРа. В очередной раз рубли станут дешевле, бумажнее и деревяннее. А люди, которые не верили прогнозам на госуровне - потеряют покупательную способность денег.

Что же делать? Все очень просто: ИНВЕСТИРОВАТЬ! Снова и снова повторяю эту мысль. Не просто держать бумажки под подушкой, не зацикливаться на бесполезных для сохранения и приумножения капитала в реальном выражении вкладах. Инвестировать!

Инвестировать в надежные валютные активы, которые защищают от девальвации. Инвестировать в качественные рублевые активы с вшитой за счет модели бизнеса защитой от девальвации.

Инвестировать и вкладывать! Только так.
