1 pound of Lo Mein Noodle
or spaghetti/linguini/fettucini
Oil for wok

Whites and greens of garden onions
Celery
Carrots

Bean Sprouts
1 tbsp. minced garlic

3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. oyster sauce

Have you ever been cut off at an all you can eat, or kicked out a buffet? Does all you can eat mean all you can eat? Personally, I hate when this happens.. It's awkward, and no one wants to be "unwanted" in a restaurant! Nonetheless, today we get cut off at an all you can eat buffet restaurant. We went to review this Chinese food buffet (not even a buffet challenge) and things went wrong at the buffet. There isn't much more I can say, besides I am not mentioning the name of the place as I wish them well, although admittingly i didn't really like the food, so please do not mention names if you know the place. Is it an all you can eat buffet challenge? No, this was just a normal meal but apparently we figured how to beat all you can eat buffet and got banned from the buffet. Chinese street food and Chinese Food in China is incredibly delicious! So I flew to Shanghai, China and have been eating street food, noodles, and dumplings non-stop. Best Street Food to try! The Chinese food is so good in Shanghai! I've eaten street food in Bejing, street food in Chengdu, street food in Xi’an, street food in Guangzhou, and now, street food in Shanghai. A lot of the street food in Shanghai is similar to other street food in China. You can find some unique Shanghai street food specialties here, like xiaolongbao (soup dumplings), shengjianbao (pan fried dumplings), seafood on the street, and some delicious noodles as well. You can also enjoy countless other street foods in Shanghai, many featured in this video.

The street food in Shanghai was so delicious. The restaurant food and special Chinese cuisine was also very nice! I had some amazing Chinese sesame paste noodles that were to die for!

2) 02:00 The famous shāndōng jiānbing 山东煎饼, a famous snack/street food in China, kind of like a Chinese crepe.
Restaurant Name: 吴记百货店 Wú jì bǎihuò diàn
Address: 乌鲁木齐中路270弄 Wūlǔmùqí zhōnglù 270 nòng
Price: 5 RMB ($.0.75) for one

3) 03:00 Whole roast lamb 烤全羊 Kǎo quán yáng - Xinjiang style from the furthest west province of China.
Address：You can find this huge market every Friday near Changde road. 1328 Changde Lu, near Aomen Lu (1328常德路近澳门路)
Price: Pay by weight, 40 RMB ($6.00) was good enough for a serving

4) 05:20 Xinjiang style beef fried bao - 牛肉煎包 - niúròu jiān bāo - This was probably the oiliest bao I’ve ever had

Jade Palace Chinese Restaurant located in Burnaby, B.C. serves delicious Chinese food in big portions and at reasonable prices. In this video, I got a chance to go in the kitchen and watch the master chefs cook some dishes. The dishes they were cooking include lobster stir fry, spicy chicken wings, steamed whole fish with ginger and green onions, pork and vegetable with wok fried noodles, sweet and sour pork and Shanghai noodles with bbq pork and prawns. Just watching the chefs in actions has helped me improve my Chinese cooking.
I believe this restaurant used to be the Dragon Inn. It was a popular Chinese restaurant many years ago.
The owners are from Hoiping (Kaiping) China, in southern China. Some of the food they serve is very similar to food in Hoiping, China. My parents' roots are from Hoiping, China. I often visit Hoiping and the surrounding areas there. Some of the food in Jade Palace Chinese Restaurant is similar to food served over there.
My mom and I enjoyed some of the Jade Palace Chinese Restaurnt specialties. Whe had the steamed free range chicken with ginger and green onion oil, the melon and pork bones daily soup, the eight precious or eight treasures hot pot, chicken and bitter melon with black bean sauce stir fry and the House Special Chow Mein.
Be sure to watch what I had for dessert. It was the duck egg yoke bao bun, with the liquid centre.
I also got a chance to talk to the restaurant manager Jennifer. I would like to thank her and the kitchen staff for letting me video the cooking action in the kitchen.
If you get a chance, give this restaurant a try. The servings were big, delicious and reasonably priced. I'm a big eater so I usually finish eating everything. But at this restaurant the servings were so large I had to take some food home. I'm not complaining because I got to enjoy their food again the next day. Enjoy!
