Mo Robinson Jr. has been serving the greater Harlem community for over 30 years, whipping up burgers, hot dogs, sausages, and punch right outside the barbershop that he owns. Everyone in the neighborhood knows Mo, and as one customer said, he's like a "mayor of Harlem."

🇿🇦OX LIVER STIR-FRY: Chop bell peppers and red onion. In a wok, add raw ox liver. Add the mix of red onion and peppers. Continue stir-frying. Add BBQ spice mix (secret blend), add Al’s chili sauce and continue mixing to stir fry. | Spinach: chop bell peppers and white onion. Drain the spinach. In a pot, add olive oil. Add pepper and white onion mix, then shredded carrots. Add special seasoning and beef stock and continue stirring. Let it cook for about three minutes, then add spinach and cream of mushroom mix and stir. Separately, add powdered cream of mushroom soup in a cup and mix with water.

FUKUOKA, JAPAN - Welcome to Fukuoka, on the island of Kyushu, in southern Japan, and this is one of the capitals of Japanese street food in the country. They have done an amazing job to preserve the culture of “yatai” or portable street food stalls that set up in the evening across the city. Tonight we’re going on an ultimate Japanese street food tour in Fukuoka, going to 5 different place for 5 Japanese dishes and I can’t wait to share all the food with you now.
#1 Yaki Ramen
Location: Kokinchan: https://goo.gl/maps/AMGdvUadJR6JbFwi6 - We’re starting off with a famous yatai stall where they invented the original yaki ramen - or fried ramen. It was definitely new to me, I thought it would be more of a dry fried noodles, but it was rather a wet and soup fried noodle dish. Amazing, as were the other dishes.

#2 Gyoza
Location: Yatai Mamichan: https://goo.gl/maps/dwSFjcZea59H947D8 - You can go on a Japanese street food tour without eating gyoza, and Yatai Mamichan is one of the best places to eat them. The chef is amazingly skilling, cooking everything on his own and darting from station to station. Part of the great thing about eating at Yatai is being right in front of the cooking and interacting with the chef.
Price - 8,450 JPY for 5 people (we ordered a lot and lots of drinks)
#3 Tempura - Next, I’m not totally sure of the name of this place, but they are known for their tempura, battered and deep fried seafood and vegetables. It was a little oily, but still quite tasty.
Price - 1,100 JPY
#4 Hakata Ramen
Location: Yatai Kiryu: https://goo.gl/maps/RB5UQkK8wFUG8TTX6 - Hakata ramen, or tonkotsu ramen is one of the most common and popular dishes in Fukuoka and you’ll find Hakata ramen served at nearly all yatai food stalls.
Price - 650 JPY per bowl
#5 Yakitori
Location: Yatai Kawachan: https://goo.gl/maps/5jzCzVt4VwHJ7hGS7 - Finally we ate at a place called Yatai Kawachan, known for their yakitori, or grilled chicken skewers. It was a quite a selection of different skewers from gizzard to hot dog.
Total price - 4,400 JPY for everything with drinks
The yatai street food culture in Fukuoka is one of the great Japanese food scenes in Japan. Let’s hope generations continue to take pride in their food stalls and preserve the yatai culture.

Fast Food restaurants have huge menus! For 72 hours, I challenged myself to take down every item on a bunch of different fast food menus near me.
This 72 hour fast food calorie challenge was incredibly challenging because I let a random wheel choose the restaurant I went to and I let a pair of dice determine how many fast food menus I had to eat! Stick around to see if I was able to complete this fast food calorie challenge!

Do you know what the five food groups are? Do you know which foods fall into each category? In Food Groups for Kids, you will learn about the benefits that foods in each of these groups provide your body and keep you healthy. You will also discover how many servings a day you should have of each one.
Fruits include things like apples, nectarines, and bananas. They provide your body with lots of essential vitamins and nutrients. Vitamin C and potassium are two very important vitamins and minerals that your body needs. Vegetables like carrots and spinach may not be as sweet as fruits, but they have tons of vitamins and nutrients that you need as well!
Grains probably makes you think of bread and cereal. This group also includes pasta, tortillas, and popcorn! These foods also provide you with fiber, which helps your body do a lot of good things. Next are proteins, which include foods like meat, fish, beans, and tofu. They can provide your body with energy and help your bones and muscles grow strong. Similarly, dairy products can also strengthen your bones, and give you vitamin D to help reduce your risk of diseases.
Each group requires a different number of servings each day. And those serving sizes differ as well. Fruits, for instance, require 1 1/2 cups per serving while proteins require 5 ounces per serving. Some foods even contain multiple food groups in one place, like pizza, which can have grains from the bread and toppings from the other four groups.

TBILISI, GEORGIA - I’ve been wanting to visit the country of Georgia for a very long time - the rich history, the landscapes and nature, and of course the ancient food! So today we’re going on an ultimate Georgian food tour in Tbilisi, the capital and largest city in Georgia. It’s going to be exciting and we’re going to eat a lot of delicious local food. Here’s everything we did in this food tour today:
Retro (https://goo.gl/maps/6BKFkPvqXDzmpfkj8) - Tbilisi, Georgia - This first place we went is a restaurant called Retro to meet up with Chef Gia who is a legend for his kachapuri. Now there are thousand different types of kachapuri in Georgia, many variety of cheese and bread, but this specific version is the Adjarian version. The dough is made into a boat shape and filled with two types of cheese, baked and topped with eggs. It’s one of the world’s great cheese meal experiences. They have normal size, and we got the super sized Titanic kachapuri - 6 times the size of a normal one!
Dezerter Bazaar (https://goo.gl/maps/JSaAcfVnEzDPeAku9) - One of the most interesting places to go in any city is the local market of bazaar to see the mix of ingredients and things that go into the cooking. Dezerter Bazaar is a great place to see the spices, herbs, and walnuts that make Georgian food what it is.
Tamtaki (https://goo.gl/maps/abXjU8g5h68hCWJZ6) - Next we continued on to Tamtaki where Chef Tamta is taking classic Georgian food and making modern sandwiches out of them using top quality ingredients and everything served fresh. Her cooking is fantastic and the sandwiches were absolutely spectacular.
Sofia Melnikova’s Fantastic Douqan (https://goo.gl/maps/f3DrWs5LfN1FYbXv9) - No doubt this is a restaurant in Tbilisi with a lot of character set within a courtyard. Although they have a lot of dishes on their menu, we came specifically to eat fried chicken in garlic sauce, called shkmeruli.
Vino Underground (https://goo.gl/maps/PS8uJXg3dj8Fv71J8) - Being the birthplace of wine, we couldn’t do a Tbilisi food tour without stepping into a wine cellar for a few drinks!
Ezo (https://goo.gl/maps/v5m7wvqny3MuxGPQ6) - Finally to complete this meal, we had a giant supra meal - this is a full Georgian meal spread with appetizer, side dishes, and main courses, at Kristo’s very own restaurant! I fell in love with all the varieties and colors, and vegetables - all the walnuts and herbs used in the cooking. The highlight main dishes was a walnut stew and an herbal stew where the meat melted in your mouth.
What a day of Georgian food in Tbilisi, an incredibly fascinating and delicious city!
