Podczas wiecu Donalda Trumpa w Pensylwanii doszło do nieudanej próby zamachu na jego życie. Na dostępnych w sieci nagraniach słychać strzały i widać, jak były prezydent USA chowa się za mównicę. Następnie widać, jak z widoczną krwią w asyście agentów opuszcza scenę. "Były prezydent Donald Trump jest bezpieczny" - przekazał rzecznik Secret Service.

Podczas wiecu Donalda Trumpa w Pensylwanii doszło do nieudanej próby zamachu na jego życie. W pewnym momencie słychać było kilka głośnych huków, następnie Trump schylił się, kryjąc się za mównicą.

Na scenę natychmiast wkroczyli agenci Secret Service, którzy zabezpieczali wydarzenie. Trump został podniesiony i wykonał gest podniesionej pięści do zgromadzonych na wiecu ludzi. Na zdjęciach widać krew na twarzy kandydata partii Republikańskiej. Widoczne jest także zakrwawione prawe ucho.

Man who opened fire at Trump rally was Thomas Matthew Crooks of Pennsylvania, officials say

The suspected shooter at Donald Trump’s Pennsylvania rally is believed to have been killed.

Shots were reportedly heard at Mr Trump’s rally before the former president was assisted off the stage.

Mr Trump was seen bloodied as he was evacuated from the site.

The 20-year-old male who shot at former US president Donald Trump during a Pennsylvania rally is alleged to be Thomas Matthew Crooks, according to The New York Post.

However, US authorities have not confirmed the shooter’s identity but claim they are close to determining who the person was.

An image has now surfaced showing US authorities standing over what is believed to be the corpse of the shooter.

A Trump rally attendee describes the moment he saw a man fatally shot during Pennsylvania event where the former president was also injured. The man, identified as Joseph, explained how he tried to help the man and recounted the moment shots were fired.

Former President Donald Trump was swarmed by Secret Service agents and rushed off stage as possible shots were heard during at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, on Saturday.

There appeared to be blood on his right ear as he was being taken off stage, as Trump was seen mouthing "fight" and pumping his fist.

A shooter is dead, Butler County District Attorney Richard A. Goldinger told ABC News.

Gunfire erupted at a Donald Trump rally on Saturday, sparking panic in the crowd and spattering the Republican presidential candidate with blood, before he emerged and defiantly pumped his fist in the air and was ushered to a waiting car.

Trump grimaced and grabbed his ear before security hustled him away, his red "Make America Great Again" hat knocked off. The Secret Service and the former president's campaign said Trump was safe following the shooting in Butler, Pennsylvania, about 30 miles (50 km) north of Pittsburgh.

Live video showed blood spattered on Trump's right cheek and ear.

Downing Street in the United Kingdom issued a statement about the shooting:

“We are shocked by the scenes at President Trump’s rally in Pennsylvania. We condemn all forms of political violence in the strongest terms and we send our best wishes to President Trump and his family at this time."

Former US President Donald Trump was rushed off stage after gunshots erupted at a rally in Pennsylvania in an apparent assassination attempt.

The suspect was shot dead at the scene by US Secret Service agents, the service's spokesperson Anthony Guglielmi said. He added that one bystander was killed in the shooting and two others were critically injured.

Law enforcement sources told the BBC's US partner CBS News that the male attacker had been armed with a rifle and had fired from an elevated structure a few hundred metres away outside the venue. They added that the attack was being treated as an assassination attempt.

Donald Trump was shot in the right ear during a rally at Butler, Pennsylvania on Saturday, July 13. One rally attendee was killed and two other spectators were injured. US Secret Service said it "quickly neutralised the shooter, who is now deceased".
Eyewitness Charles Reety said: "I heard the shots and then all of a sudden, somebody hollers, ‘get down on the ground’ and everybody's and everybody's going down on the ground as low as they can get."

Donald Trump appeared to be the target of an assassination attempt as he spoke during a rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday, law enforcement officials said. The former president, his ear covered in blood from what he said was a gunshot, was quickly pulled away by Secret Service agents and his campaign said he was “fine.”
