Hallo sahabat flora dan fauna Indonesia.
Laut adalah tempat yang menyimpan begitu banyak beragam mahkluk hidup di dalamnya. Selain itu laut juga adalah salah satu yang memiliki rantai makanan paling keras. karena ikan yang berhasil memangsa ikan lain tidak ada jaminan akan selamat dari ikan yang lebih besar. hewan yang memiliki rantai makanan paling bawah adalah plangkton. seekor hewan yang sangat kecil bahkan kita tidak bisa melihatnya. namun keberadaannya adalah kunci dari keberlangsungan makhluk hidup di laut.
Kembali ke pokok pembahasan pada vidio kali ini, kita akan melihat bagaimana rantai makanan ini sangat bekerja dengan efektif bahkan dalam jumlah atau kelompok yang sangat besar. Ikan sarden dan ikan teri sering berpergian dalam kelompok yang sangat besar untuk mencari makanan dan bertarmigasi, bahkan dengan kelompok besar ini ikan sarden dapat membuat gelombang dan puasaran di tengah laut. Ternyata pusaran atau gerakan menyerupai terpedo di laut adalah bentuk pertahanan diri secara kelompok terhadap predator. Namun sayangnya formasi ini tidak akan berkuti jika semua predator dalam rantai makanan bersatu untuk berburu ikan sarden ini. lihatlah bagaimana ikan tuna, ikan cakalang , anjing laut, hiu bahkan burung laut bergabung dalam pemburuan yang luar biasa ini.
