Hello peachies 🍑 Knowing your body shape can be helpful when choosing clothes, because it can give you a general idea of which styles and cuts of clothing may be most flattering for your figure. Once you’ve understood your body figure, shopping for clothes becomes easier and more efficient, because you’ll start to figure out what silhouettes will compliment you best.

However, the common 5 body shapes classification system is not perfect and may not be accurate for everyone. There are several reasons why the five body shape classification system is ineffective for determining a person's real body shape. It is impossible to accurately describe a person's body by five categories alone, as each body is unique. This is because a person might have a mixed body shape. Every person's body is unique, and it is not uncommon for a person to have characteristics of more than one body shape classification. Hence, in this video today, we are going to introduce you a new method, the BODY SHAPES TYPE INDICATOR (BSTI) to identify your body figure in a more thorough and detailed manner.

We can assure this guide can provide more practicality and objectivity to understand your body shape better. In this way, you don't have to waste money on clothes that aren't appropriate for your body type!
